Had a debt i didn't even know about all letter were going to the wrong adress(not bpo's fault it was Virgin Media being useless)
Called them both to confirm that yes Bpo were now collecting the payment (not a scam as people here are leading you to belive)
Arranged a payment schedule once a month, lots of different ways to pay online, phone ect. The lady on the phone was very polite and understanding and so far has been a positive experience on dealing with them.
