Like everyone else that has worked with this company, they're SUPER FAST in getting a quote. After confirmation, that's when the madness begins. NO COMMUNICATION. Replies to emails 3-4 business DAYS after you send yours. I dealt with Debby N. and she has every excuse in the book to let you know how they're weren't able to get back to you. It's been 3 months since I dropped off the item and getting a response from this company is like pulling teeth. From the outside, they look like a huge company, but internally, they have a whole set of issues. I've been a business owner for 6 years and I would never work like this. Trust me, if they have bad news for you, they won't respond, until I walked in the door and sat there for an hour today to let me know that they won't credit me back for the extra dollars I spent with them. FIND SOMEONE ELSE IN THE AREA!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!
