Very disappointing experience in the ER.

Very disappointing experience in the ER.
Unproffesional staff in the waiting area.
Talking to each other about how they think some of the patients illness is not real.
While waiting I heard the receptionist 4 times saying something about the people she sent over for registration and in one of the instances almost arguing with a patient that was in obvious distress. Then coming back and laughing and talking to other co workes about how ridiculous she thought the patient was.

They also love to gossip about their own co workers and how lazy they are.
It is unreal behavior
I was in shock the whole time not believing that this was actually happening.
