UPDATE:: So Jamie from customer service called me and him and JW and John all took really good care of the situation! I m very pleased with how it was resolved and I have a sense of satisfaction to know that they don t stand for the type of behavior some of the associates were displaying! Thank you so much for working this deal for us; we are grateful

Initial Review:::: MILITARY PLEASE BEWARE!!! I m only giving 1 star cause I have to rate something!!! This has to be the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered! They were given every document or proof they needed prior to us signing! Hector was the salesman and apparently he did not tie up his loose end before we closed on the car! The car started jerking after we received it and the maintenance light came on a few weeks later! I m not even sure if the car had warranty so We didn t call and report it so we took the blame. Because things were not complete and the deal didn t go through; we had to resign! We asked them to revisit and find more suitable choices for our needs due to the maintenance issues and they told us no and that because we ve had the car for a little over a month they were taking our down payment if we didn t sign because the car is a year older and the deal didn t complete in 2018! I could go on and on about how unprofessional they were and how hector threatened to come get the vehicle if we didn t come by the next day to sign as if we didn t have to work! I m taking this to an attorney and will Feel relieved if i can save another Military family if they are put as an off limits establishment for soldiers! They are not Military friendly; refused to give us gap insurance and wouldn t even TRY to find a more reliable car! Sloppy deal and you should be careful with dealing with them!
