I recently had the opportunity to interact with Lane Cove Council and I must say that I was impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. The council staff members I spoke to were knowledgeable and responsive, and they were able to provide me with the information I needed in a timely manner. I appreciate the council's efforts to make themselves accessible to the community and provide assistance when needed.
