I feel James Ochoa deserves a 5 rating for the empowerment he gave me. The counseling sessions were always full of learning about myself. He gave me homework to do after every session and I would follow his instructions. I would report in the following week to explain to him my accomplishment. If I could tell him anything it would be "THANK YOU" James Ochoa for all you have done for me."
