My experience with Exact Med was average. The website was easy to use but the prices could be more competitive. The products were of decent quality and arrived on time. However, I had some issues with the customer service team. They were not very responsive and it took a while to get a resolution for my problem. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
