Thanks Team for the unprofessional approach and honestly I knew while sending you email that you will come across with an excuse of not honoring this booking.

You yourself quoted a rate of USD 130 bed & breakfast for Deluxe Room Kandy hotel and when I asked for booking It so now you saying it s unavailable despite getting more than 7 rooms available as per hotel (I personally called them to confirm). I mean being in trade how can you even try to convince a B2B partner that rooms are available in Deluxe category but Travel Agent Quota is unavailable I mean hats off buddy !!
