I've worked with Creatuity for the past year on a Magento 1 to Magento 2 migration. I would very strongly recommend them to other ecommerce merchants based on my experience with them.

We started this project right after Magento 2 was released in late 2015. We knew it was a brand new platform and there would be some issues, but we wanted to get started early to avoid continuing to spend money on Magento 1 and wasting it when we were forced to eventually migrate. At the time I talked to many agencies, and was not thrilled with most of them. Creatuity had the right level of expertise in M2 (which was rare in those early days--and still is!), a can-do attitude, and a high degree of flexibility to work with us on a project with a lot of unknowns where we knew it would evolve as we went through the process.

We had a few snags working with such a new system, but Creatuity's team worked with us to figure out bug fixes, alternative approaches, and inexpensive workarounds. We had a couple of points where we had to pause the project to wait for a fix from Magento, so things took longer than we originally expected. But that was our choice--it was less expensive to just pause and wait for Magento to fix a couple of issues. Then we went through a lot of testing of all the critical parts of the system to ensure a successful deployment. Throughout it all, the Creatuity team was great. We had clear and open communication. And we resolved every issue we ran up against.

We recently launched our new Magento 2 site. The day of launch I was nervous. And there were a few little glitches. But just a few minor things that we quickly resolved. We're now up and running with a great new platform that's only going to get better as Magento continues to evolve. And now we're working with Creatuity on additional customizations that will make our site even better for our customers.

I'm very happy with our relationship with the Creatuity team. I'd highly recommend them to other ecommerce merchants. This is a good business with good people that can do some excellent work. And they have some great experience with Magento 2 migrations now since they tackled them early.

Nothing beats a proven track record when you're dealing with a business critical system like your ecommerce site.
