I recently hired Net-tech consulting for some IT services 🖥️. Overall, my experience with them was average. They were able to provide me with the assistance I needed, but there were some areas that could have been better 🤔. The customer support was responsive and helpful, but there were a few instances where it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The technicians were knowledgeable, but their response time could have been faster ⏰. The website was user-friendly and provided relevant information. However, I didn't find it very visually appealing or modern. In terms of pricing, they were competitive compared to other companies in the market 💲. Although my overall experience was average, I appreciate their efforts in providing the services I needed.
