I booked a trip with this company and overall it was a decent experience. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was quick. However, the train was a bit crowded and the seats were not very comfortable. The staff was polite but not overly friendly. It was an average experience, nothing extraordinary. I might consider using Minrail again in the future.
