I had an average experience at Thames Medical Centre. The staff was friendly, but I found the doctor I saw to be somewhat dismissive and uninterested. The facilities were clean, but I felt like the overall level of care was lacking. I would recommend Thames Medical Centre for routine appointments but may seek care elsewhere for more serious concerns.
