I had an average experience with Basg. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but their customer service could be improved. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was fairly simple. However, I had some issues with the delivery of my order and it took longer than expected to receive it. Overall, Basg is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
