As a long-time customer of Stereo plus & design, I can confidently say that their services are average at best. While the quality of their products is decent, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff is often rude and unhelpful, and it's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I have had several issues with my orders being delayed or incorrect, and it always feels like a hassle to get any assistance from them. Overall, I would say that there are better options out there for all your stereo and design needs.
