So unhelpful. Kept getting passed along to different people because no one wanted to deal with our leak, meanwhile our apt was uninhabitable. Had to call multiple times a day just to get someone to talk to me. It really seems like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Chelsea was rude and unhelpful.
