I recently engaged with a research and consultancy firm for a project, and the experience was average. The team was knowledgeable and provided some valuable insights, but there were some communication issues and delays in delivering the final report. Additionally, I felt that the customer service could be more responsive and attentive to client needs. The company has potential, and with a bit more attention to detail and customer service, they could improve their overall rating.
