BRUTAL! This company has gone way downhill over the years. The moderators don't even do their job. They terminate innocent accounts and they don't do so for those who actually violate their ridiculous terms of service. I almost forgot to mention that they stole 6950 Robux from my brother's account (which are worth over $50USD) and accused him of Phishing and Account Theft which he was never guilty of ever. They just look for dumb reasons to moderate people. The customer service is no exception. They never even help you a bit. If you ask for information about a moderation action on your account they will just tell you the exact same thing you see on the website and they never consider appeals. If you ask for evidence on moderation actions, they will be reluctant to provide you with any. Good and fun game to play, but the moderators and customer service staff need to get a life and actually do their job the way it's supposed to be done.
