BUYER BEWARE - Their return policy is more like return to sender.... without a refund

I’m sharing this to help others avoid the headache I went through. I've read reviews like this about them before and stupidly ignored, I've been a customer for YEARS. I won't make that mistake again and urge whoever is reading this not to either. I ordered several items from this company, and when I needed to return them, they accepted the package only to later refuse the refund. Their reasoning? A vague claim about an “odor” (which could be smoke, perfume, air freshener, fabric softener... they couldn't say which). There’s no evidence to support this claim, and they won’t elaborate or provide any kind of proof. To make matters worse, they offered me two bad options: pay them again to ship the unwanted items back, or let them “donate” them - which I suspect just means reselling. I know for a fact two of the items never even left their original plastic packaging, so this feels more like a tactic to avoid issuing refunds. Maybe the products I purchase don't sell easily so they don't want them back, who knows... Their excuse? Their return policy is “very stringent,” but that only seems to serve their bottom line, not the customer. If you’re considering buying from this company, be absolutely certain you won’t need to return anything. I wouldn’t trust them to handle it fairly.
