It's as much of a costume store as just a place to walk around and look at stuff for fun. I'd imagine only five percent of people walking in off the street actually buy anything because it's on S. Congress, but it is still a great costume shop. They sell things like funky sunglasses and jewelry as well. If you're on SOCO go in and take a stroll around.
