Went in looking for a new lens for my DSLR camera....

Went in looking for a new lens for my DSLR camera. The shop was nearly empty apart from one other customer. At least 2 staff members were there yet neither took any notice of me, not so much as a "hello". One of the staff members had struck up a conversation with the other customer which was apparently very enjoyable.
I tried to get the attention of the other staff member present and got a "I'll be right with you". This "right with you" was apparently quite relative as I waited for 15 minutes next to the display case that held the lens I wanted but he never came back. Unacceptable.

I walked out and don't intend to shop here again.
