I found an ad in the local Pennysaver and called up for a quote. The salesman showed up on time and was very professional. The salesman wrote up a very detailed and precise quote and I was happy with the price. A week later I tried to move forward with the deal. I called the office to move forward and was given the run around. Every day there was a new excuse. Mr. So and So has a cold and is out sick, he's on vacation, he just left the office for the day (at noon). I got tired of having to chase them so I could spend my money. A month later, after I already had someone else do the work, I got an email asking when they could schedule the job. Yeah right. If I had this hard of a time trying to get them to schedule, just imagine what it would be like if you actually had a problem once the work was done!
