I recently availed the services of a photography company and had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I felt that the overall quality of the photos could have been better. The communication with the team was satisfactory, although some of my queries were not addressed promptly. While I appreciate the efforts of the company, there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
