I had a mixed experience with Optima metal services. While the quality of their products was good, their customer service was lacking. I found it difficult to get in touch with them to resolve some issues I had. However, once I managed to reach them, they were helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, I think Optima metal services has the potential to be a great company if they improve their customer service.
