CUSTOMER's review: The Peak Group is an average company. The quality of their services is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have had some issues with their customer support in the past, as it took them longer than expected to address my concerns. However, they were able to resolve the issue eventually. Overall, I would say that their services are decent, but there is room for improvement.
