Disappointed in the difference in service I receiv...

Disappointed in the difference in service I received before/during my purchase and post-purchase. Pre-purchase the customer service was great and post-purchase was upsetting. Bought a warranty and decided to cancel 4 days later. The response rate was limited, if any from the financial dept. and sales team. I had to call another financial manager to inquire about my warranty cancellation 2 months after I signed docs to cancel to be informed that it had never been canceled.

Will not purchase or recommend any family/friends to purchase from Northlake after this.
