Endurance carpets limited provided a decent service overall. The quality of the carpets is satisfactory and the installation process went smoothly. However, I did encounter a few issues with the customer service, as they were not very responsive to my inquiries. It would be great if they could improve their communication and be more prompt in addressing customer concerns.
