'Professional', 'extremely knowledgeable', 'serving the client's interests' is how I would describe Steven Kappler. Steven Kappler at Stohlman's VW is the best salesman I've come across all the dealerships I visited. Really. He is the consummate professional and knows his cars like no other salesperson I met with. Working with Steven was easy, and the car buying experience was painless, from beginning to end. Really. I didn't think that was possible! :) No pressure, located a "hard-to-find vehicle" and gave me the best price, too! I cannot say enough about Steven. Awesome salesman and person.
