I recently took my ex employer to a employment tribunal and my solicitor assigned me a barrister from 36 Bedford Row. I have never experienced this kind of thing before and didn't know what to expect, nor did I have any clue about the barrister assigned me. Rest assured, I was not disappointed, representing me was Ben Amunwa, Ben specialises in various areas of law but in my case he was assigned to assist me in a unfair dismissal claim. Myself, my girlfriend and my witness met with Ben around an hour before the tribunal was to start and he had some questions and queries to close off before proceedings went ahead. Ben was up to speed on every angle of my case and his professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail shone through during the 7 hours we were in the tribunal. His ability to question the respondents witnesses and suck them dry of information was formidable and an experience I will never forget. I am still awaiting the decision from the judge in my case but I am confident the outcome will be a positive one. Whatever the case though, I cannot recommend Ben highly enough.
