I have been a customer of otk for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent but there is certainly room for improvement. I find their website to be user-friendly and their customer support team is helpful. However, there have been instances where I faced delays in delivery and had to follow up multiple times. Overall, my experience with otk has been satisfactory.
