For weeks / months I have been contacting the help...

For weeks / months I have been contacting the help desk for info about a car park and nobody ever answers (recorded voice with jingle that invites you to wait ... minutes ... hours .. but never an answer). By contacting the management they respond in a rude way, not giving a damn about the report sent and turning the phone call to the help desk that does not answer. Indecent.
