I would give zero rating if I could. Had a mortgage application through her. Charged huge fees, kept in dark at all times, sat on file for months, no commitment letter, very bad on responding to calls/messages. The only silver lining is that luckily our mortgage did go through but boy was it a hell to deal with. Never dealt with such greedy and unprofessional people.

Disclosure: My google account name is not same as the name on our mortgage file. So, don t let her fool you that we weren t her clients.
