I have been a customer of Support officer community care for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. Although they are responsive and provide the necessary support, there is still room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and find information about the services they offer. However, I feel that the overall experience could be better. The response time could be faster and the customer support team could be more knowledgeable. Overall, it's an okay experience.
