We encountered an emergency late at night and the FI water taxi crew members handled everything with the utmost competence and professionalism. I was very impressed with the entire crew (Steve, Nina, Will, and Valerie in dispatch) who handled a potentially scary situation with calm efficiency. Highly recommend!
