The service provided by Safartrips.com was average. Although I had a good experience overall, there were a few areas where improvements can be made. The customer support was responsive and helped resolve my queries. However, the tour guide could have been more knowledgeable and engaging. The itinerary was well-planned, but some of the activities felt rushed. Overall, it was an okay experience.
