First impression was amazing! Check in process quick & easy.

Pillows uncomfortable
2 key cards randomly stopped working
called down to request extra pillows to be left in room. When I returned to room at 10 pm... no extra pillows
called to inquire about room service/ bar services - clerk response was rude- as if I was stupid.

The room had two oversized square pillows & 2 very soft pillows on each bed. This made for an uncomfortable sleep the first night for me. After I called down a second time, extra pillows were brought up.

I called Saturday night to inquire if room service is extended past midnight, since it's a weekend. Reception says "no they're closed". I inquire about the bar, her response is "obviously not". My response is "You say that like I live here". She responds "sorry, everything is closed".
