Fluenz deserves all the praise it gets. The program is outstanding, especially for beginners like me. The step-by-step approach helps to build a solid foundation in the language. The exercises are challenging enough to keep me engaged, but not overwhelming. The customer service has also been incredibly prompt and helpful. I am very satisfied with my experience with Fluenz!
