I have been a customer of Vkw Fitness LLC for a few months now, and I must say that their services are average. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, but the workout sessions are not very challenging. I expected more intense workouts, but they seem to be more focused on catering to beginners. Overall, it's an okay fitness center.
