I recently had a therapy session at Oceanside Counseling Center and I must say it was an average experience. The therapist was friendly and attentive, but I felt like they didn't really understand my specific needs. The session was also a bit too short for my liking. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I'll be returning.
