I have been living at Courts Apartments for the past year and I must say, it has been an average experience. The maintenance team is quite prompt in resolving any issues, but sometimes the communication can be lacking. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The location is great with easy access to nearby amenities. Overall, I would rate Courts Apartments as average.
