The service provided by Collier County Of Public Utili is average. I had a mixed experience with their customer support. On one hand, they were responsive and helpful when I had questions about my bill. On the other hand, it took a while for them to resolve an issue I had with my water meter. Overall, I would say their service is decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
