The worst place ever! I will never return to purch...

The worst place ever! I will never return to purchase a vehicle here. I will seek out an alternative dealership before I ever think to give this place my business. Since these dealerships are privately own, they lack in many areas. (i.e. customer service; sales people only concerned with meeting quotas and earning commission; departments lack communication between among each other; they need new operational oversight to restructure the filth that goes on and that location. I can write a book on the disgrace and disappointment of this location.) Long story short, I was given a vehicle that after 3 days of purchase, it needed to be serviced that required it to be kept for 3 weeks. Called GM and sales guy to convey my dissatisfaction, needless to say I'm still waiting for a return call ( I will not hold my breathe). As a "courtesy" for my inconvenience, they promised to return the vehicle detailed with a full tank of gas. When I finally received the car back the gas was less than what I turned in with and the car wasn't even cleaned. The service technician was the nice (Derek) but overall, poor quality dealership. Not the level of service you expect when purchasing a Mercedes Benz.
