I've been a tenant with Marketplace Properties for almost a year now and overall, I've had a positive experience. The maintenance team is always prompt in fixing any issues and the leasing process was hassle-free. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication about upcoming maintenance work in the building. Other than that, I have no complaints and I would recommend Marketplace Properties to others.
