I have been a customer of Link Federal Credit Union for several years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average at best. While they have a decent range of services and products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff members are often unhelpful and seem disinterested in assisting customers. Additionally, their website is not the most user-friendly and can be quite frustrating to navigate. Overall, I would say that Link Federal Credit Union is just an average company.
