Buckle up, this is detailed. I bought my Jeep here fully loaded with warranty and had a great experience. Two years later due to management change or turnover, service has slowly become an absolute nightmare.
-Recently I took in my Jeep for an oil change (warrenty paid for it) and they tried to convince me to get services that I d already done and didn t need for at least another 20,000 miles (it was painfully obvious I was being taken advantage of coming in as a young woman by myself, but I know my Jeep and when the differential fluid needs changing).
-I came in (despite better judgement) again to have it serviced (oil change, fluid top off and to check a light). I called before coming to pick it up and was told it was ready, not only was it not ready, but they also had my car for THREE days. I wasn t the only one that got screwed over, it was clear all of the other people in the room were angry and not being taken care of. One requested his keys because he could no longer wait far past their original eta.
The others had to bring their car back because the service was not completed, and literally every person that called to enquirer about an update (myself included) was magically not in the system .
It was an absolute disaster. I couldn t help but feel bad for these kids that CLEARLY had no idea how to manage an operation like this. But this was some jaw dropping unorganization. Someone really needs to pull the reigns in. My advice is to go somewhere else for your servicing. It s not worth the stress. Trust me.
