OMG ! what a horrible experience dealing with Jack . He will reap you off. Beware and definitely a company you should stay away from as are dishonest and definitely do not care for drivers. Any cost you incur due to their deliberate incorrect information e.g. incorrect delivery dates on the rate confirmation which result to additional charges i.e. Detention, Lumper, wasting hours of your time etc. . Good luck recovering that as they cut-off all communication thereafter.
