I had a mixed experience with Baylor County Appraisal Dst. On one hand, their customer service was great and they provided me with all the information I needed. However, I was disappointed with the accuracy of the appraisal. I felt that the value assigned to my property was lower than what it should have been. Overall, I would rate them as average.
