I had an average experience with Lexisnexis Vitalchek Network INC. The website paymentsolutions.lexisnexis.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. Their response time was slow and I didn't feel like my concerns were adequately addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience.
