I had a mixed experience with Global pratama powerindo. While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, there were certain areas where they could improve. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery of my products got delayed, and the customer support team was not very responsive. Overall, an average experience.
