I had a mixed experience with the Renovatio research centers. While the facilities were clean and the staff was friendly, I found the waiting time for appointments to be quite long. It can be frustrating to have to wait for so long, especially when you have other commitments. I hope they can improve their appointment scheduling system in the future.
