The experience I had with Gomsa logística was average. Their website was fairly easy to navigate, but their customer service was lacking in efficiency. I found it difficult to get the information I needed and had to reach out multiple times before receiving a response. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
